History: Daniel Radiator was founded in 1923 by brothers DD and Pr Daniel as both a service and radiator manufacturing business.  The manufacturing side grew to be the largest aftermarket radiator manufacturing company in North America and was sold as such in 1961. The service side of the business continued to be owned and operated in Houston Texas

OWNERSHIP: Daniel Radiator continues to be owned and operated by the Daniel Family.  Jon Daniel, Grandson and Nephew of the founders serves as President and General Manager and his wife Becky  is Vice President and Business Manager

Facility: 3515 East Freeway (I-10)Houston, Tx includes a 21000 sq ft. building on 5/8 acres. The building has two 6000# bridge cranes with 27' clear height, water recycling system, ultra-sonic cleaner , Jet washing, hot vat, wash rack, test tank.

Specialty: Repair, rebuilding, retubing, mechanical & chemical cleaning, testing , various types of industrial & commercial heat exchangers. Including radiators, plate & frame, shell & tube, fin fan and many other types.

Capabilities: Welding (smaw, gtaw) brazing, soldering, bead blasting, dye penetrant test, hydro test, water drilling, chemical pumping, acid wash, painting.

Quality: All work is done with a job plan indicating scope and procedures. All jobs identified with permanent job tags attached to unit. QC performed on all completed units.
